In 2013, Turka firm approached me to automate their recruitment process and manage online applications and a searchable resume database.

Responsabilites
The human resources firm Turka sought to modernize its recruitment process and automate candidate profiling.
- Initially, I designed a showcase website to display the recruitment firm’s service offerings.
- To publish and distribute job postings, I then developed an interactive job board linked to the showcase site.
- Afterwards, I implemented classification features for resumes and job listings to facilitate application tracking from the back office.

Goal
The application incorporates robust functionalities including advanced search filters, resume creation, a dedicated candidate area, data import through the LinkedIn API, and candidate geolocation.
By collecting data in the candidate space, the firm could select relevant criteria to optimize their recruitment process. The more accurately a candidate’s profile was completed, the greater their chances of being contacted for a position.
Filters based on location, skills, and qualifications enabled precise and automatic pre-selection of candidates for each new job opening. This represented a significant time-saving for the firm and improved support for the candidates.

Result
Working independently for 6 months, I focused on web design, network architecture, site programming, search engine optimization, and content integration.
This ambitious project required the use of multiple technologies: the showcase site runs on WordPress, while the job board utilizes technologies like PHP, MySQL, GoogleMap API, Javascript, HTML5, and CSS3. The challenge was to effectively manage information across both systems.
This full-stack experience allowed me to handle a comprehensive project on my own and gain a better understanding of time management in a project of this scale.
